Some Healthy habits you should adopt as if you can't go to the gym.

1. Drinking raisins and almond water:
Before going to bed take a full glass of water and add 15-20 raisins and 5 almonds to it, let the water soak the raisins and almonds till the time you sleep, "Early to bed early to rise".
Wake up early in the morning after waking up go to the toilet, don't brush, take a pause sit on the balcony where you can get morning air or anywhere you feel comfortable, and drink the glass of water you kept at night.
After coming from the toilet now you can brush and eat the almonds and raisins.
Drink slowly sip by sip after drinking the whole glass of water, walk and you feel the pressure.
2. Drinking lukewarm water:
Well, the answer is obvious, drinking lukewarm water throughout the day helps in improving digestion and detoxing your body naturally.
You should always drink lukewarm water, even in summer if the temperature is not exceeding 35 degrees.
3. Jogging/running in the morning:
Doing exercise for half an hour in the morning is equal to 2 hours of evening/night exercise.
So just running for 20- 30 minutes improves your blood circulation and stamina. The morning air benefits your immune system, digestive system, and lungs. In the morning photosynthesis takes place in plants, apart you will see less vehicle or air pollution in the morning.
5. Healthy conversations:
A short and sweet conversation/gossip, whatever in your term. With friends or family members, (piece of advice is to try to increase your social/cultural awareness, by taking responsibility in your society, town, locality, or within your family).
You will come to realize that your communication skill and brain functioning is getting develop and you have become more popular and admirable to others.
6. Stop using mobiles, laptops, or any other device:
Stop using mobiles or any other devices which will affect your eyes, for 1 - 1.5 hours before going to sleep.
In this time, you can read books or have a conversation with your mate, family, and friends, or can follow your before-going-to-bed skincare routine.
7. Music:
A relaxing flute or any other instrumental tune for 15- 20 minutes in bed while trying to sleep, music should not be too loud, and no use of headphones or earphones for listening. Sound should whisper in your ears.
After listening to the music keep the phone away from your brain and body, because the mobile frequency can affect your brain and body.
